I am new to the area and I have only been fishing Priest for a couple months, but they never seem to pull any current. I guess it it not a generating lake. Does the lack of current not affect the fish bite here? Also what is normal depths to be fishing in the summer? It seems that 25 ft wouldnt be uncommon.
Thanks

Priest is pretty shallow in the upper end around Smyrna. Early in the morning and late afternoon you can catch them shallow 2-6 feet deep even in the summer.
